Choosing a golf bag requires a bit of thought. You’re going to be dragging this thing around for several years so it ought to be the right bag for you. This blog post from Hireko Golf’s Jeff Summitt (Jun. 30, 2008) should help:

These types of bag are fairly light and feature legs that fold out so the bag stands by itself when placed on the ground and then retracts when it is lifted.
